Don't broadcast when clicked through Video FX

Is it possible to prevent broadcasting when a character is moved through a Video FX window?

Meaning that when I move a character inside a Video FX window only that character will move, the command will not be broadcasted.

Oh and is it possible to hide Video FX windows with a hotkey?

If you enable Repeater Pass-thru in the Video FX editor, this is what happens -- the character in the Video FX window gets your keyboard/mouse inputs

A Video FX Action can be used as part of any Mapped Key (or Menu) to manage your Video FX

Ok thanks.

So you can't figure out any tricks to prevent the first problem from happening? Like can you set an area where broadcast doesn't happen? I would cover the Video FX windows with the area.

Also I can't find the Video FX Action from the Key Map Wizard.

What do you mean by moving the character through the Video FX window? I have keyboard and mouse repeat turned on for my Video FX and Focus Game Windows via Mouse in the window layout specifically for the purpose of what I think of as "moving through the Video FX". When I hover the mouse over the Video FX I can then press arrow keys or mouse drive to move the toon but only that toon moves, those keys/mouse are not broadcast to other toons.

Can you say more about how you're doing it and what its doing that you don't want? Then we can probably come up with a method that gets the job done.

Also I can't find the Video FX Action from the Key Map Wizard.

No wizard. Create a New Mapped Key.
In the first step create a New Video FX action.
On the right hand pane select the window you want to receive the action.
Click the Hide radio button.
Type the name of the viewer you are hiding.

You'll probably want to create a corresponding "Show" button as well either as a step 2 or a separate hotkey.
