Unqualified Left Mouse-click not working while Key Maps On
I am having a similar problem as this post, in my case with pretty much any game including Everquest, WoW and Secret World.
I'm using a dual monitor system on windows7.

The mouse works right when I start up the 2 games and I type in passwords etc. From the moment the games enter the character screen and beyond, the left mouse click will only work if I turn Key Maps off Or I qualify with either alt, shift or ctrl. Gets old very quickly if you have to do toggle alt-shift M every time you want to click on the GUI or holding down a key on the keyboard. The right mouse button works. It looks like buttons change graphics as though they are being pressed however nothing happens when I release the button.
The config is pretty much default right out of the box, I may have a few keys set up, but that is fairly minimal.
I checked to make sure the game is always made to believe its in the foreground.
