can't run inner space

everything was running fine until the new update? i was able to play lotro but then today i get Inner space can't initialize -14. try again later. is inner space down? I can play online just fine but no innerspace.

Both servers are up and running fine.

Did you try rebooting to see if perhaps there's something wrong on your PC at the moment that for some reason breaks the connection?

Have you checked to see if you're getting network packet loss?
