Huge delay in reaction

Hello,

I am currently using ISBoxer to multibox 2 warlocks. There's, however, a great delay between what I press on the master warlock and the slave warlock (most of the time, sometimes it's very quick).

I have a very good computer and my settings for both of the WoW clients are on the lowest possible settings. I'm running a 7970 with a i7-3770s.

If, for example, I turn broadcasting on and type a long message into chat, sometimes it takes a full minute for the slave warlock to type and enter the same message as my master warlock. There are sometimes delays of 30 seconds when accepting quests or turning them in.

I'm wondering if there's some setting I need to check to make sure the program has full access to my CPU cores or if there might be some other issue. I've gone into the CPU Strategy Wizard and tried using both the Round-robin balancing and Select all CPUs with every window and there's still a delay. My CPU usage never peaks above 15% while running ISBoxer.

Please let me know if there's any other information you may need.

Thank you in advance!

Re: Huge delay in reaction

Are you leaving the main Inner Space window open? The one titled Inner Space Uplink, which has the Patcher window in it. If you're on the live build of Inner Space, leaving this window open will significantly hinder broadcasting performance. To resolve this, you could either minimize the main Inner Space window, or try switching to the development build of Inner Space.

The development build includes boosts to broadcasting speeds. To try it out, right click IS and select Patcher, check "Download development (test) patches", then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up.

Probably none.

According to one of your other posts...
thx, but i think my problem is other. Y play normaly with 200-250 ms (ping) with the 4 acc. And some times i cant move, the ms are at 500-900.

... this is probably unrelated to your issue. OP's issue is essentially ping from client A to client B on the same computer, whereas you're describing your ping from any given client to the game server which is unaffected by the window in question.

But to answer the question, the window we are talking about is the main Inner Space window that will come up if you right click Inner Space and select Configuration, Patcher, or Console. If you're on build 5751 (current non-development build) of Inner Space and have this window open, it will slow down your ability to broadcast between your game windows (such that broadcasted cursor movements are choppy and slow). If you're on the development build of Inner Space, having this window open will not slow down broadcasting.
