only launching 1 instance

here is my setup:

I have 2 wow accounts
I ran the wizard, put both toons in and completed setup, exported to innerspace
selected the right click on Innerspace icon on taskbar > Character Set > selected the set
it launches 1 wow instance, the otherone isnt launching.

Went into the innerspace console
i do see it saying "character from test "test" not fully launched after 3 minutes.

any ideas?

At this point I don't know if you'll even check back here since I've both processed a refund request and approved a trial request since you posted.

If only one instance of WoW comes up and the Console says it's not fully launched after 3 minutes, then it sounds like you have software running on your PC that is somehow preventing Inner Space from operating correctly.

This is something I can attempt to diagnose by looking at what all you have running. In the ISBoxer Help menu, select "Diagnostics for game crashes" and follow the instructions to get me diagnostics from the WoW login screen. I know it's not "crashing" but for the purpose of following the instructions and getting me these specific diagnostics, just pretend it is crashing at the login screen. When it does the "Copy" of the diagnostics you can either paste them back here directly or use privatepaste.com and click Save Paste, then give me the URL or Paste ID.

I'm having the exact same issue... so the first thing I tried was disabling my Kaspersky's Antivirus software and still having this issue. It's very frustrating.

yea... I meant to give both links, but it was 3am and I was dead tired. When I get home from work I'll try to get the rest added BEFORE i put in 6 hours of straight leveling in MoP.

In order to "disable" anti-virus programs you need to uninstall them.

i had use the isboxer character set slots... and launch them 1 by 1... for eve online.
