multiboxing - mouse help

hi, so i have recently decided to level another 4 shamans to go with my main so i can dominate bgs.

now ive played around with a few settings etc but i cannot seem to get just my mouse buttons 4/5 to broadcast but not left right etc.

ive read a little bit on the forums but heres pretty much what i need

i need

the current toggle on of is great and works fine but i also need a seperate toggle for these binds

my style of play revolves around my mouse binds, but the current set up has them all running off in different directions etc.

mouse button 3/4/5 to broadcast
Shit+mousebutton 3/4/5
scroll wheel down / up / click [mb3]

pretty much this is my style of play and need help setting it up

Mouse Button 3 = elemental mastery
Mouse Button 4 = Lightning sheild
Mouse Button 5 = Thunderstorm
Shift + Mouse Button 4 = Flame Shock
Shift + Mouse Button 4 = Ghost Wolf
Scroll Wheel Down = Lightning Bolt
Scroll Wheel up = Chain Lightning

i need these binds to be broadcasting all the time is it possible

Re: multiboxing - mouse help

This is all covered in the WoW Quick Start Guide. Specifically, Understanding Key Maps vs Repeater and Quickly add many hotkeys, optionally with auto-assist.

The first link will solve "my style of play revolves around my mouse binds, but the current set up has them all running off in different directions etc.". The second link gives the method for setting up what you call "binds" - in ISBoxer this behaviour is obtained using Mapped Keys rather than broadcasting. The hotkeys can just as easily be mouse clicks as keyboard presses. Just avoid setting Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 as hotkeys for Mapped Keys as these have special meaning in-game.

You should probably read through the FAQ as well, particularly Why do my toons move in different directions? and I am using a mouse button as a hotkey for something, and sometimes it doesn't work, what am I doing wrong?

this still has not fixed the problem with binding mouse buttons 3/4/5

If you paid attention he gave you the answer in several different formats...

The problem is that you're enabling mouse repeat and expecting it to not broadcast everything under the sun. You should not be enabling repeater to do this.

To bind mouse buttons 3, 4 and 5, you need to use a Mapped Key and specifically indicate the behavior you would like from each of these buttons. To broadcast mouse 3 for example, you set up a Mapped Key with the Hotkey Mouse3, with a Keystroke Action to send Mouse3 to whichever window you like. However, the problem with sending a click to another window is that the game's GUI will sometimes interfere with the click, unless you have purposefully positioned the cursor in that window to the right location! (Thus the link to FAQ: I am using a mouse button as a hotkey for something, and sometimes it doesn't work, what am I doing wrong?) A much better plan, however, is to set up Mouse3 as a Hotkey in ISBoxer, but NOT broadcast Mouse3. Have it send Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Q or something completely obscure when you press Mouse3. This way, the cursor position in each window is irrelevant. If you must insist, though, you will be needing a Sync Cursor Action in order to copy the position of your cursor to the other window.
