Even if that would work it's only a stopgap solution as it would make me have to rebind between dualboxing and just normal single account play (as I use the extra buttons in combination with grid and similar), not to mention the aggravation when I forget to turn the software on before doing single account play, and trust me I'll forget allot.

Not so much helpful for the window swapping issue, but something I'm definitely going to consider doing to solve my mouse woes! Thanks :>

Missed this one, I tested allot to figure it out and from my findings you don't have to actually do anything besides use one of the "extra" buttons on the mouse to break it, will test if your resolution fix works for me later tonight though.
Edit: Changing resolution fixes the problem but it breaks as soon as i click a button on the cata mouse again.
Re: Problem with window swapping via click
By chance last night, my steelseries WoW mouse's right mouse button became unresponsive and left my team crippled as far as movement. Irritated, I got up that moment and drove to Best Buy and came home with a Razer Naga. While I didn't see a connection between the mouse and the window swapping issue before, I'm fairly certain that the issue is floating around between them somewhere, as the problem hasn't come up since I uninstalled the drivers and started playing with the Naga.

I did have an issue before with some mouse software, I *think* it was an older version of the Razer Naga configuration software... where the software would lock in to some window sometimes when I used a certain button and it would prevent me from doing things in other windows until I went back to that window and clicked that button again. I wonder if this is related.

No idea but it is related to the mouse that's for sure, I run the latest software for it so can't update it to possibly solve my issue, any chance it could have to do with your support for it clashing, any way to turn that off to see how it reacts to that change?
Edit: Can't try it any more as my trial expire tomorrow, sadly the ability to use my secondary clients grid on the primary account combined with the quick and easy switching was the primary reasons for choosing this software, as such I have no reason to subscribe at this time.
