[WoW] Possible to exclude a character from keymaps?

I wish to include an AH toon in the window layout when i launch a team, but i dont want him to recieve any keystrokes etc.
Tried looking around in the config and all i could think of is to put the AH toon in a separate character set and launch that when i launch the main set.

Is it possible to exclude a character from all keymaps and broadcasting?

To do that, first you want to make an Action Target Group and put the characters in it that you want to send things to.

Then change anything going to "All w/ Current" to go to "Group (all of) my ATG", and "All w/o Current" to go to "Group (others in) my ATG"

If you use Repeater and dont want it sending to those windows, you will need to use a Repeater Target Action, set Target = Window:All, and New Repeater Target to Group (others in) my ATG
