Toolkit profile loading old deleted stuff on restart

I have 3 computers with 1 toolkit profile that runs everything. I use the multi-computer helper thing and my setup is working really well for me.

but, Randomly when I turn on all three Toolkit programs and sync them stuff like images for a menu and old deleted keymaps will return.
I pared everything down to the basics and I like to keep it that way but when it images get re-loaded in the profile the actual files are different
or deleted and I have to go and re-delete them before I save and either export to all computers or more often I will right click computers and copy+export to all
computers. Next time or two that I open isboxertoolkit the images are back.

Is there some archiving thing or something I am missing?

Images are stored in a file that does not get syncd. They are in the ISBoxerToolkitGlobalSettings.XML file in the install folder.

Deleted keymaps will usually depend on the local copy of the ISBoxerToolkitProfile.xml file, and whether that has been successfully saved. A multi computer export does not save copies of the profile on every computer. Just the main one.
