[WoW] Shift Key "sticking"

For the last two or three days, the Shift key randomly (at least seems that way) sticks for the Slot 4 character in my 4x DK/1x Paladin group.
That is the Silver Team, which uses Control, General and Silver Keymaps.

Anything I press while in that region acts as if Shift is held.
My region swaps are G13-G17, so I cannot switch regions via the G15.
But I can via the mouse clicking in one of the regions.
At which point DPS and swaps to other regions works fine.

I usually notice this, when doing collection quests while controlling the Slot 4 character.
I have Beacon of Light (as a Castsequence on the Pally - Beacon, Seal, Blessing) and Horn of Winter on the Shift D mapped key, which is pressed every 3 minutes or so.
DPS stops working (although I can mouse click the abilities) after doing that buff key.
Most of the time, Shift D for buffs, on this slot is not an issue.. but it is at times.

As a workaround, I've added Shift 1 (copied the DPS 1 mapped key) as a mapped key.
Which lets my toons continue to DPS at least, when the shift key gets stuck.

I don't think it is my keyboard, since it works fine for the other regions.
Which I can switch to, via mouse clicking the region.
I can use the G-key to switch to any slot, but Slot 4 remains messed up when I switch to it.

The bug is intermittent.
It does go away, randomly over time.
Or if I exit out to desktop and relaunch the team, it is fixed.
Reloading the console or going to character select does not fix it.

I may be having a related issue in Rift -- On one or two accounts, I can't type an upper case s (e.g. sending a tell, writing a macro, etc.). Nothing happens on the screen when I hit shift-s. However, if I'm broadcasting, some clients get a lower case s, and some get nothing.
