same thing just nothing happens wont load up clients or even let me enter innerspace configuration /patcher or console its weird never had that problem before

At this point we usually ask for another diagnostic to ensure things still aren't loading, but I'll also point out that you haven't tried rolling your driver back to 359 as bob suggested prior to anything I posted (if you did, it's not reflected in your diagnostic).

since this is on a second system im toying around with it full clean install of windows 10 and it works atm, havent installed graphics driver or installed the windows 10 updates just yet

So, something out there. Had a guy in IRC with a similar issue. Turns out he had an XBone controller plugged into his computer, and it caused an issue..... perhaps you have one, or some other USB device?

problem solved full clean install fixed it all , at least my 2nd puppy pc will run smooth again

I've spent over 5 hours on this same problem...

I just unplugged my xbox one controller and voila.
