Can't open port 10101

I am trying to open port 10101 so I can use multiple PCs to multibox so I opened port 10102 successfully and then tried to open 10101 but it didn't work.

I used canyouseeme.org to check if my ports were open or not.

Re: Can't open port 10101

You don't have to use the default port if it is not working for you. It is possible that some other process or service is already using that port locally, so InnerSpace is not able to open it. You can use programs like TCP View, or "netstat -ab" from an elevated command prompt.

Also, you shouldn't be opening up ports in your firewall to the outside world. The ports in question are internal to the computers on your local network, so should never be able to be seen by internet services like canyouseeme.org. Unless you are being extremely secure with multiple firewall appliances, the only things in question you should be modifying would be local settings on each PC, e.g. the WIndows Firewall or some third party Internet Security Software.
