Persistent Windows taskbar on top of my WoW window

Glad you got it sorted...

I had a layout say Fullscreen-ish too (when looking for reasons for your issue). I thought that was a bit weird, and ended up creating it, then going to the window layout and sizing the region (the black area) correctly to my monitor full size. For some reason it wanted to trim 45 pixels off the bottom, but didn't indicate why.

It only seems to do it when there is only one slot in the character set, and you get two "fullscreen-ish" layouts offered. One seems to actually be the Avoid Taskbar option but no including the text (the first one), and the other seems to be the actual full screen size.

So you don't think I'm going mad...

The removal was not needed. Changed the layout simply to full screenish one. Simple setting but I was confused because of the "full scree"part and I always prefer Windows mode!

@bob - exactly what I had. I chose the option without the text "Avoid Taskbar" which worked flawlessly!

Glad we sorted it out! Seen its a known issue, I hope this helps other users who might encounter it! The simples things in life, aye?
