Inner space on Windows 10

So I'm super excited to give this a try and see if this would be beneficial for me, but I am stuck at this one step and can't seem to get past it.

I am running Windows 10 Home on my PC and when I attempt start Inner Space I get this message:



When I select "OK" it takes me to a web page about upgrading with nothing about the DirectX web updater. I'm not going through the upgrade procedure again. I already have Windows 10. Please Help!!!
