Any way to reorder keymaps (etc) other than sort?

Hopefully I'm not missing something, but is there a way to reorder key-maps in the tree control? OK, there is sort, but it does an alpha sort which doesn't work right for the numeric prefixes Firescue17 uses. Drag and drop doesn't work. I could edit the XML I guess, but I bet there is something in ISBoxer I'm missing. I'd be happy with something that let me move an entry up/down a position.

It sure does. This is exactly why I started numbering them in the first place.
