How do I contact people on forum (Laaaaaaaaax!!! :D)

You could try a PM, although they may be blocked.
You could try emailing direct to lax@lavishsoft.com, as per the lavishsoft.com page.
The IRC channel is good too(well during his awake hours). You can get to this via the blue speech bubble icon in ISboxer.
You could try posting your actual issue here so he knows how to answer you.
Or you could try screaming from the rooftop, although I suggest you move next door for that one.

If you just need help or support, plenty of people can help with that, either on these forums or via IRC.

If you want a chat with me, sending a private message on the forum is the worst way to achieve this. There's a Support page on lavishsoft.com with direct contact methods and if it's not private, just make a post...
