Isboxer.exe gone

somehow my isboxer.exe dissapeared. the shortcut on my desktop as well as the exe in the original folder is gone o.ô

how can that happen? and is there a way to restore that thing without having to reinstall everything?

Antivirus has been known to remove it, although usually only Innerspace.exe because of the way it launches the games. You do get some annoying people that report software as viri to AV companies and they just lodge in their database without checking.

Sometimes nefarious software tries to delete other products when someone else feels that their software is better or shouldn't be used.

Or perhaps an update failed, although that seems unusual, because normally that just leaves the previous version.

however, i cant enter the ISboxer software to edit windowlayout etc. i use avast. the file i not in the isolation container... ist the file called "isboxer.exe"?

You could pause your AV, reinstall ISboxer from the website, and then set an exclusion in your AV so it doesn't do annoying stuff.
