PTR - Why can't I access the PTR and multibox?

Hi there
Is there maybe a reason to why I cant logon the PTR? (live game ok, test ain't, just guessing)

Here's my problem.

I setup a new config in InnerSpace, setting it up just as Innerspace got it configured for the LIVE game, with one exception....the path for the PTR.

When I login I get all way to chazracter screen, but the split second it do, Battle.net says I have to upgrade for PTR (which is done). And ask me to login again.
Something is not right here.



I've tried repair, complete reinstall, hacking (changing) in some setup/text-files etc.

Now I'm out of ideas and ask you for help!

I'm guessing this is a D3 thing, despite it's not the D3 forum, and you don't mention the game.

Unless you're using the BNet launcher to select and launch the PTR, then the PTR is an entirely separate folder which uses an entirely different executable file than the normal D3 installation. You need to tell Inner Space where all of that stuff is located by adding another game (or another profile) and then either creating a separate Character Set using the new game/profile or altering the existing Game Profiles of your current Characters (upper left pane > expand Characters > select a Character > bottom right pane > alter game and/or game profile > repeat process on each Character).
