Greatly decrese in fps and delay when turning on keymaps

Same issue here on WoW.

Click the toggle or use the keybinding to activate maps and I get a stutter on all 3 wow clients.
Brand new configuration - just wiped everything.

tested it a bit more.
removed all maps bar 1. - still gives stutter when activated.
inverted the switch in it. On is off and off is on, same stutter so it seems it's the activating of the map itself that is causing it.

Think it might have been something to do with the cpu affinity set up I had done.
Slot 1 Core 1/4
Slot 2 Core 2/4
Slot 3 Core 3/4

Changed it to this and I no longer get the stutter.
Slot 1 Core 1/2/3/4
Slot 2 Core 2/3/4
Slot 3 Core 2/3/4

Did not change anything for me sadly. I am only launching one instanse of wow and stil get the same "lag"

I have located this problem on my computer. It was due to the SSD that wow was on. I put wow on my other SSD and the problem went away instantly!

Ya very strange. Running diagnostics on the drive no to see what could be wrong
