When pressing ALT-SHIFT-R all I hear is many clicks

Firstly, here is my confgiguration http://privatepaste.com/24ad292a77

The issue I am having is somehow its gone from broadcasting working perfectly to now when I try to broadcast pressing ALT-SHIFT-R it doesnt broadcast and instead sounds like someones pressing a key continuously and its bugging out on the keyboard. If I try to use the toggle, it works once, then no longer responds. Any help would be appreciated.

also appears I have somehow lost the ability to share key maps too, everything seems to be broken, all i did was attempted to follow the activate maps guide http://isboxer.com/wiki/Activate_Maps after which everything was broken

Re: When pressing ALT-SHIFT-R all I hear is many clicks

The first problem is that you've manually added the "Always On" Key Map to the Activate Maps toggle which means it toggles itself off. So, if you turn off all of your Key Maps, how do you expect to be able to turn any of them on again? That's the point of that one Key Map being labeled "Always On," because it's always going to be on and there needs to be, at least, one Key Map on at all times in order for toggles and what not to function properly.

The second problem lies in the fact that you've added almost every single Mapped Key of your setup to the Always On Key Map, which, again, leaves them on all of the time. The reason why the Wizard initially creates the additional Combat and Non-Combat Key Maps is so that you can place your newly created Mapped Keys into these other ones which can be toggled on and off -- Both of which you haven't added anything to.

As for hearing clicks? I have no idea, but you should probably fix the other two problems first to see if that clears things up.
