That's it, but I don't see anything that jumps out at me. Honestly, I haven't heard of this camera spinning problem in... years, so someone like Lax will probably have to further analyze what is loaded in the process. I will say that you've still got SpyBot running...

Code:
75. TeaTimer - Process ID: 6296 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe)

...which Lax recommended you disable a few posts up.

Yeah I just realized that. I still removed them afterwards, still same problem.

Re: Newbie with a Problem

At this point we're not looking at known problem programs as far as your system goes. Try shutting down additional programs, including
Code:
10. COCIManager - Process ID: 4276 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Logishrd\LQCVFX\COCIManager.exe)
45. OctoshapeClient - Process ID: 8104 (C:\Users\Wolfie407\AppData\Roaming\Octoshape\Octoshape Streaming Services\OctoshapeClient.exe)
76. UMVPFSrv - Process ID: 336 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\logishrd\LVMVFM\UMVPFSrv.exe)
81. wgclientservice - Process ID: 2712 (C:\Program Files (x86)\WeGame\WGClientService.exe)

... and, well, pretty much anything else that you can try shutting down in order to narrow this down.

Re: Newbie with a Problem

2 Days of my trial gone because of this :( Is there any chance I could use screen share or something to try and get this resolved?

Re: Newbie with a Problem

I don't think that doing a fresh install of Windows would work over screen sharing, no ;) However, it would solve the problem.

The only other thing I can suggest is to check your NVIDIA control panel settings and see if Stereoscopic 3D is enabled. You could uncheck that box if so.

Otherwise this is generally the point where people try things on their own or ask for a refund (which you don't need since you're on the trial)

Re: Newbie with a Problem

Nope, no Stereoscopic 3d is enabled.... Looks like I am going to have to find a program that works then! Though as a potential customer, I will say I am disappointed with the "customer service" aspect of this site. Never have I heard of a company that simply says (figuratively speaking) "Oh well hey, we can't figure out why our program does not work on your computer... May as well just ask for a refund or figure it out on your own! GL!" Not to mention the IRC chat is just... useless. Hours upon hours of asking a question with no response? That's just not how you treat a customer, I was really -really- looking forward to having this program as a friend referred me to it. Shame. All good.

Umm.. okay.. well we apologize for trying to help. I mean, just look at all the "customer service" we're not doing!

And for being unable to help you with your issue, and offering final suggestions. Have a good day then.
