Easy question about window

I want to all this windows will be all time on top, i dont want when i press for small window they going up and being bigger, i want to small windows always being small and dont going on main screen, like here first one.

I need all time 1 big+3 small, i dont want to replayce it. Now when i click window 2, it going for center and being big, i dont want it. I want 100% time small window-was small and same position, all like on screen.

Im looking in option but i cant find option for that. Sorry for my english. Please help me.

In ISBoxer, under Window Layouts, for your Window layout, change "Swap Hot Character to main region" to "Never"
