Connection to License server error

Hi folks,

Was hoping to get some help. I use IS to multibox EQ1, had been using it without any problem over the last few days, but since yesterday have been unable to load up any characters. IS will run when the icon is selected, and the IS icon will appear in the tray. When I right click the tray icon and select IS Boxer Character set --> Team, it does nothing, then a few minutes later an error message will pop up saying:


--- Connection to Lavish Software license server failed. The server may be inaccessible to you at this time, or the amount of network lag between you and the server may be extraordinarily high. ---


I've rechecked my connection, and I'm not having any issues with other internet sites or games. EQ1 is working fine with WinEQ and normal startup. This has been persistent since yesterday, tried on multiple occasions and times. Also deleted IS and ISboxer, fresh installed and still having same error. I have approximately 80 days left on my subscription.

Please help if anyone knows something I could try.

WinEQ and Inner Space use the same license servers. If it works with one but not the other, I might be checking your firewall software? Windows Firewall?

Thanks for the response. I've added permissions to both my antivirus and windows firewall for innerspace, still having same result and error message. I tried Win EQ a few more times and it's no longer working as well (but did the one time I tried it a day or 2 ago).

Is there anything else I can try? The install was working perfectly 3 days ago, then suddenly stopped connecting, without any changes on my part that I know of.
