Unable to launch ISBoxer - System.ArgumentException error

Hello. I just installed ISBoxer and when I try to launch ISBoxer Toolkit.exe I get the following error:



I am using XP SP3 x64 have the most recent drivers for anything I can think of. I even made sure I had all the visual c++ redistributable and .net packages but nothing seems to fix it. I searched the forums and could not find anyone else with this issue - anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Well so much for my 7 day trial...

Will I receive any help in 2 days and be able to trial ISBoxer? ... the million dollar question!

Something is busted between .NET and Internet Explorer on your computer. (Specifically Shdocvw.dll)

Updating or reinstalling IE might fix it. A thread about this issue that I found via Google says that Internet Explorer 8, specifically, might be the problem.

We can of course refresh your trial if needed...

Cool thanks for the reply. I doubt it's .net so I'll give IE updating a shot. I'll let you know the results. I'm excited to see if this works and give ISboxer a whirl!

Yep IE8 reinstall did it. Sweet.
