Today 2 Crashes [5Client levling]

I crashed 2 times today at Fellshirne(Path of Exile) level 40 (cruel) but i dont know why.

I5-3450 3.1ghz
Readon HD6870 1gb
8gb ram
64bit Windows 7 home

I dont think my specs are to low i mean i can run 6 Double totem with 5 summons on every toon withought HUGE lags, jeah its a bit laggy but its nothing i think.
any idee?
