Cannot launch my character set anymore?

It was working b4 but since new patch when i try to launch my character set nothing happens. Do I have to create a new character set every time there is a patch? This is for EVE Online btw.

I tried Reinstalling ISBoxer and still same thing. Eve works correctly on its own.
