How Do I move Repeater Button?

I seen a video on youtube where a guy had his repeater on/off button in the middle top of his screen, where now it is top left corner. How do I move this?

press ctrl+alt+shift+G to open the console
You should see a blue title bar over the repeater buttons
drag that to where you want it
click 'sync' so all the toons have the same location
click 'save as' to save it
