Again, based on what is working in your profile, I can only see a single Mapped Key for assist, which is sent to "All w/ Current," or everyone in your party (assist should technically be "All w/o Current" because you can't assist yourself). If everyone is assisting the tank, then your healer will, presumably, have a hostile target.
My healer's hotkey for alt+; is to /target tank whereas everyone else's hotkey for alt+; is /assist tank. So I target baddie, hit my alt+: and the healer targets me while everyone else /assist Tank.

We've had reports that a certain EQ program that also works with InnerSpace is causing issues with the mouse clicking. If you have something like this, try disabling that, and see if the mouse clicks then work.

IsBoxer is the only program I am using that uses InnerSpace.

Shut down your EQ1-specific program to resolve the issue. Whether it uses Inner Space is not the question.
You will need to wait for a fix from them, or not use it for now, for mouse broadcasting to work properly.
