when i do broadcast it doesnt go onto the other screens

That would be because you are playing EVE Online. CCP determined that broadcasting was against their rules, so ISBoxer disables it by default.

You can, if you so chose to, re-enable the option which disables broadcasting. It is noted at the bottom of the aforementioned post.
