FPS drop when mouse goes in and out of region

I seem to be having a FPS issue when moving my mouse in and out of my repeater region. My region is set up to broadcast to one of my followers in order to use clique heals. When I move my mouse in or out my screen freezes for about half a second then jumps back up to its typical FPS (in game monitor shows it going 60 > 20 > 60 in a second or two). When i leave my cursor within the region my FPS jumps back up as well. It's not the game breaking, but is quite jarring when in healing intensive situations.

I do not believe it is a hardware issue as I can comfortably run 5 clients at 60+ FPS in all but the most intensive graphic scenarios (I run my followers at 45 anyway, so I know there's plenty of head room). The region is nothing fancy, just a quick setup via the in-game UI. I'm on a single computer (two monitors: main on one, 4 followers on other) with no window swapping.

Let me know if any more details are needed. Thanks!

Seems a bit odd. There should be no impact to mousing in/out of a repeater, unless you have mapped keys executing on the mouse in/out.

I guess it could also be a CPU strategy thing.

My CPU strategy is set up as follows:

Max Framerate - Foreground: 60, Background: 45
CPU HyperThreading: True
Master Slot: 1
Master Slot CPU: 1
Round-robin balancing (HyperThreading) (Dedicate CPU 1) (FPS 60/45) (slots per core 1/1/4/4) (cores per slot 2/2/2/2/2)

Turns out it was another addon causing the issue... Thanks for trying though!
