New computer - dxNothing layout issues

Hello!

I built a new pc due to intense lag while 5 boxing in WoW.

I was able to set up the dxNothing window layout from MiRai's youtube video with no problems ** on the old computer **

On my new computer however, I follow the video exactly (as I did the first time) unfortunately now the dxNothing window will no display on the screen. The dxNothing window is shown on the taskbar, but it will not appear on my screen. When I click on the window it opens a new dxNothing window on my screen with the title "dxNothing: It does nothing" and is just a blank square window on my screen.

I completely deleted and reinstalled the ISbundle and started from scratch with the new computer.

Any ideas?

New computer setup is i7-6700K, GTX 1080, Z170X Gaming 3. Also went to a 4k monitor. (Old computer was AMD based)

Looks to be a problem with Display Scaling to me. Make sure it is set to Smaller/100% (whichever your says).
Windows 10
Windows 8.1
Windows 7

You are a genius! Thank you, didn't even realize it but the display was set at the "recommended" 150%

Thank you!
