LG 34GK950F Issues

I'm having a few issues trying to get ISBoxer to work on my above mentioned monitor.
I have watched a bunch of MiRai's videos on YT, and they are very easy to follow and all make sense. I'm clearly missing something though.
As mentioned, I follow the video, doing each step the same, but my layout simply won't work.
The game I'm trying to get this to work on is Shroud of the Avatar.
I can get the game to load, and the software does indeed configure 2 boxes (2 whilst I try make it work), but the windows don't stack right. They kind of overlap.
Also, I can't seem to get the game to fill the entire window. See my pictures attached.
I'm dead keen to get this working, and I'd really like to upgrade my free account to a paid version if I can get this to work.
If any of you have any ideas to try, please let me know....
