If I don't want to swapping windows,I just want all my windows stays at their home regions ,what should I do?

for example:
I have 1 2 3 4 5 five characters
when I click on No.4 character,the windows 1and4 will swap,No.4 character's window swaped to the No.1 region.
what if I don't want them swap each orther,I just want wen I click on No.4 character,it's window stays at No.4 region,and the main window(the window current)is now at No.4 region
what should I do with the window layout wizard?

In the Window Layout WIzard, select Enable Swapping = false, and then choose the layout you want (not an Existing one).
