How to configure control click

I have been trying to get a keymap to work using mouse button 5 to perform a control-click (for example to unselect a single item after selecting all). Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?

I tried searching the forum, but it tells me my search words are too common regardless of what words I tried to use...
