wow FLT DPS key/assist need help

i have a problem with my ftl dps keys at the main char(window) it not work the toons do noting (dont assist the main) but if i play on a toon(3) all chars do assist the toon ,toon(4) same

1- not working
2- notworking toons do another spells as bound
3 - all chars assist
4- all chars assist
5- not working toons do anozjer spells as bound

In order to make everyone assist, what it's doing is sending ____ + Backspace, depending on which window you're in. For slot 5, that's Ctrl+Shift+Backspace.

You can test whether assisting slot 5 works for any given character -- target something with the guy in slot 5, go to the other windows and press Ctrl+Shift+Backspace. If it doesn't work, then there's either a key bound in WoW on Ctrl+Shift+Backspace that overrides the /assist, OR two or more of your guys are in the wrong window.

To make sure they're not in the wrong window you can do an Export; if it complains about account names, you will need to close out the game windows and then click the yes button to fix the account names. If you click yes to that while playing, the game is just going to overwrite it and you'll continue to get the same problem.
