Interact with Target - WoW

I'm currently having issues getting my Interact with Target to work. I followed the wiki page and mirai's video guide on setting up interact with target. Ingame keybind is setup, Variable keystroke is set, and Key maps noncombat is set. Definitely throwing me for a loop. Here is my profile as well.

In game addon (clique) had the same key binding in use.
