Follow me not working

The follow me key is not working after I added a new character to my character set.
All other keys are working but follow me.
And this only happens on my newly added character, all the other character can use the follow me key.

Using the Quick Setup Wizard to create a new Character Set is strongly recommended when you want to add another character because most people are likely not creating a handful of things that the Wizard does. Anyway, it sounds like you don't have any Slot ID FTL modifiers set, so... select the new Slot of your Character Set and set a unique modifier, or combination of, and then export your settings and /reload in game if you're currently playing.

If that doesn't fix your issue, then I'd suggest re-running the Quick Setup Wizard to re-create the newer, and larger, Character Set, so that the Wizard can set up everything that it needs to.

I understand that using setup wizard might be a better approach, but I already have tons of settings/key maps in my old character set, I don't want to lose them.
Is there a way to create a new character set and use an old one as a template?

You can create a Character set from scratch, but there are some things that aren't done for you.

1. Character Virtual files aren't created for any new Characters you create manually. You should use the Virtual File Wizard for new Characters you create. If you Copy an existing Character to make a new one, you should also use the Virtual File Wizard on them.
2. Some values aren't filled in for new Characters you create that could have been auto detected. Most of these wont matter.
3. FTL (SLOT ID) modfiers are not set for Character Set Slots on the games that use it (WoW is the main one here, but can apply to Rift, FFXiV, Aion, etc).
4. Variable Keystrokes for the Character Set Slot are not configured.
5. The default options for the game type are not configured, e.g. Hotkeys for the ISBoxer in-game GUI, VSync etc.
6. Default assignment of Menus and Key maps are not done.
7. Assignment of the Repeater Profile is not done.
8. No Assignment of new characters to ATG's (specifically the Follower ATG - this wont matter for WoW which tends to not use it in the default setup).
9. A Window Layout is not created.
10. A CPU strategy is not set. This doesn't matter actually. It will be the same as no strategy, i.e. just let Windows manage it.
11. Your FPS limiter will be 60/30. This is ok too, if your setup can handle it.

All in all, unless you are aware of it all, and know what to go check, then it is best to use the Quick Setup Wizard.
If it happens to show you this scary looking box at the end...

Then chose the 3rd option: "Use existing key maps anyway (new character Set may be broken)". This way it will use what you have, and not break anything in your existing setup. This box is trying to tell you that some of the options you selected this time around in the Wizard are different to last time. Most often this is a mistake and you don't want to break anything already working (and if the first setup wasn't working, why didn't you Clear your profile first), but rather you'd like to apply the settings you had previously. The third option will pretty much do the latter.

If you happen to be setting up for a different game, you might want to consider a different profile file, or in that case select the Use alternate Key Maps option.

I see, the Slot ID FTL Modifiers for the new character is not set.
But anyway I used the setup wizard to create a new set.
