Teamspeak - Push to Talk

I am on a trial version of ISBoxer and have an issue that needs to be resolved before I would purchase anything... I use one of the CTRL keys as my "Push to Talk" button in TeamSpeak. Unfortunately, when I use ISBoxer, I am unable to use that key. There may be a thread that addresses this issue, but I don't know all the terminology to identify it in a search. So, how can I use the CTRL key in TeamSpeak while using ISBoxer?

Actually there is a FAQ entry for this, and probably numerous posts here too. It says Ventrilo, but replace that with TeamSpeak, as it is the same answer.
