[WoW] Death and Decay setup

I have watched and read many guides but it just has not clicked. I have ran casters the last few months and now have moved on to melee. I cant figure the setup up for aoe targeting on a 5 dk setup such as death and decay or another example would be using nukes in World of Warcraft. To be more specific i need to broadcast to all screens for just a few seconds to to do this with out having to click on broadcast and re-click to turn it off. If you use the Mapped Key Wizard, and select a "Straight Key Broadcast Plus Click".
The description for this item is:

Same as Straight Key Broadcast, but also temporarily enables Mouse Broadcasting until you click.

This makes it easy to aim a ground-targeted Area-Effect spell in many games!

If you need it to do an actual re-map, rather than a broadcast, you can always edit the resulting mapped key afterwards so it will have a different hotkey, or send a different keystroke to the game.
