My chat keys are 'lagging'

So I accidentally set all my keybinds up as always on, I realized my error after launching. So I exited, went back into the keymaps, deleted all of the ones I had just made from the always on category, and remade them for the combat category. However it is still treating them like I have them set to always on. I'm not sure if I'm missing a spot where it still exists as always on or what is going on.

Which Mapped Keys in particular are we referring to? You still have, arguably, 17 Mapped Keys that are inside of the Always On Key Map, which to an outsider like me, look like the probably shouldn't be there. If you're only referring to the letters, and not those with a modifier tied to them, then...

1) Did you export from ISBoxer (File > Export) after making these changes?
2) Are you disabling Key Maps (Shift Alt M) when you want to use those keys normally?
