[WoW] Need help with spamming skills

I have a step that is spamming Ice Ward, Ice Barrier and Arcane Blast.
It works fine until the Ice Barrier skill comes off cooldown. WoW won't
reapply the Ice Barrier buff until it falls off. So Arcane Blast stops
casting until that happens.

Is there some way to deal with this other than giving up on spamming the
skills and breaking them up into steps?

I'm gonna say that this post gives you a quick overview on how you should be doing it in ISBoxer. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6140&p=28442&hilit=timer#p28442. There is a link to a video which shows it in action (it is EQ but the concept is still the same).

You may be able to do something funky in a WOW macro.
