Round Robin Pally's

I want to do a round robin with Divine Shield+Divine Sacrifice (called a Bubble Sac in my raid) across two pally's. I know this is a very simple and elementary question, but I was having issues doing this and wanted to make sure I'm on the right track now.

So I'm assuming I'd do the following in a keymap...?

Keymap with four steps.
Step 1 - Pally 1 casts Divine Shield
Step 2 - Pally 1 casts Divine Sacrifice
Step 3 - Pally 2 casts Divine Shield
Step 4 - Pally 2 casts Divine Sacrifice
