Non Combat key map

My current issue is with the Non-Combat Key Map. Some keys are working correctly such as Others Jump but most are not. I have Flying V mapped to (Shift + Alt + V) and it does nothing on every character. I ran the debug console and I'm confused by the result. The attachment is a cropped screenshot of this:

I'm also not getting Assist to work but that may be for another time. My slaves do change targets but do not attack/heal.

Forgive my clumsiness, I'm an amateur user who had a little experience last year and I'm trying rebuild my old configuration and somewhere along the way I broke everything.

I'd forget formations for the moment. They don't always work right depending on the game, and they are assuming that your movement keys are strafe left/right keys are Q and E, and forward/back are W and S.

As for Assist. This is configured in your setup to send F12 to all other instances, so in your game setup you should probably have F12 setup as a macro to perform the Assist command, and somehow that macro is presumably determining who they are supposed to be assisting.. I would guess you need to be using the Target Me first, but as you have no hotkey on that, then I guess not.

Personally, if you haven't been using this for a while, I'd save it, and then goto File Clear, and then Wizards, Quick Setup Wizard, and start again. You don't have a lot setup and what is there would be much easier to configure when the Target and Assist stuff is working.
