moving the key map button and the repeater button

I am new to isboxer and want to move the two buttons that allow me to turn and off the repaeter and key mapping but don't know how. I tried what it said in the instruction about opening the in game control window but that only lets me move the control window. Can anyone help?

When the in-game ISBoxer control panel is toggled on, with Ctrl+Shift+Alt+G by default from the Quick Setup Wizard for WoW (not set for other games), any and all Click Bars (such as the one with the Key Maps and Repeater buttons) and Repeater Regions will have a title bar to drag with. You might just need to move the ISBoxer control panel to see the title bar you are looking for?
