Question about mouse binds

So i have my extra mouse buttons set to f1-f9 and while in game when i hit the mouse binds nothing happens. Buttons 3, 4, and 5 work as normal. I have the WoW Cata mouse and have the bindings for the extra buttons setup in its own software and it works for everything else but not through isboxer. Any help with this issue?

Shut down the mouse's software and re-run it specifically as an administrator (right-click > run as adimin). See if that changes anything.

There may be two steel series engine programs that you need to shut down and Run as Administrator

Awesome thank you problem solved. I didn't know about the second portion of the program running. I ended up going through the task manager to set both to run as admin then restarted the computer and good to go. Thanks again!
