Trouble Key Mapping in eq2

Hi there...seems no matter what I do, I can't get key mapping up and running. I've followed Ditch's sample exactly, and am having no luck. Any help would be immensely appreciated! Here's my saved config:

There's nothing wrong with your Key Map. I would need to see your whole configuration to tell you what to change to solve your problem
