Not setting it up correctly. Need help

Hi, I have couple of questions and hope you can help as this program is kind of confusing to me. I have a hard time watching the videos as I am deaf. I was able to set the keys for one boom kin to cast exact same spells as the main boom kin. What I cannot seem to figure to is how to get them to mount the same time, get the quests at the same time and loot at the same time without having to swap windows.

when I click on the broadcast, both boom kins will walk in different directions but do click mounts, loot etc at the same time. The broadcast is what frustrates me so I am leaving it off at the moment.

Any feedback and suggestions you can give will be appreciated.
