Key Map Switching

I have been loving the like a pro config, tho I would like to take it up a notch, with a idea I had. I play vanguard saga of heros and some of the classes have chains they need to do to buff and to get extra abilities. Example I m using is a dread knight and disciple. The disciple had a main attack pretty much smash a key that has there skill's stacked on it. Tho for a big heal they have to do a chain of skill's to get it off, or to get a big heal.

What I would like to do is, have a main dps rotation, when the disc needs a heal / chain abilitiy they switch to a different mapped keys then back to the main dps rotation when done.

here's a example using two char's

disc DPS Rotation ( F9 Hot key )
step 1 > 1
step 2 > 3
step 4 > 2
step 5 > 3
step 6 > 2

disc Endowment of life
step 1 > 4
step 2 > 5
step 3 > 6

disc petals
step 1 > 5
step 2 > 3
step 3 > 3

Here's the question, and what I m trying to work out. I m in a fight, tank is tanking, disc is running his dps rotation. Bang he needs a big heal I want to make the disc switch the dps rotation mapped key's to the endowment of life then back at the end.

Thought process of I think how this should work or may work tho wrong implement.

Heal needed mapped key ( menu / clickbar )
Step 1 > DPS Rotation in Virtual Combat Key Map is Now Endowment of Life ( New Mapped Key Virtiualization )

So now instead of the F9 using the DPS rotation on the healer it does Endowment of life

Endowment of life
step 1 > 4
step 2 > 5
step 3 > 6
step 4 > DPS Rotation in Virtual Comabat Key Map is no DPS Rotation in Vitrual Combat ( New mapped key vitirualization )

step 4 would make the F9 key back to the dps rotation mapped keys

Is this possible or am I heading down another reload of my old isboxer profile ?

Thanks for any help,

Re: Key Map Switching

You should be able move the Virtualization from Step 4 to Step 3 at the same time 6 is broadcast. This will queue up the Virtualization for the *next* Keypress.

The way I'm reading this, Step 4 is a "dead" Keypress, it doesn't do anything but reset the Virtualization. You're on the right track, though.
