Logitech G keys stop responding after new patch

My system and setup worked fine last night, but after downloading the patch today, I found that my G keys on my G15 keyboard had stopped responding. My Function keys work fine as I use them to switch to different toon windows. I checked my Logitech profile and it's the same with nothing assigned to those keys. I downloaded the keyboard tester and running it under the DOS prompt, it recognizes the input from the G keys.

I did some tests trying to determine what the problem might be. Normally my G1 key is used to activate my key maps. I used my Logitech profiler and changed the G1 key to push Shift F1. I changed my ISboxer key mapping to take Shift F1 as the hotkey for Activate Maps. When I tested it, it worked fine. So it appears that my Logitech profiles are working normally. I just don't understand why Innerspace is no longer recognizing my regular G key input.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
