Keymap keeps interacting with EVE windows...

for some reason it keeps effecting windows in-game... however nothing in the keymap stands out as sending keyboard or mouse commands to the client

Right, that particular Mapped Key doesn't send anything to the game. You must look elsewhere; either another Mapped Key assigned to G510-G16, or in the Logitech configuration software. I believe G16 by default will send 4 to the window you're in, so if you don't have the G16 key cleared out via the Logitech software it's doing that in addition to the Mapped Key.
